Refund policy

At 3's A Charm Boutique, we want you to love your purchase!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of purchase.

Returns:
Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair or damage may not be accepted.
Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refund Options:
Once your return has been received and approved, you may choose:
Store Credit to use toward a future purchase, or
Refund to your original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow several business days after your return is processed for refunds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as posble so we can make it right.
